Paul or Jesus uses the word uplifting in one passage. While we also know of letting our light shine and the city of light and even a thousand points of light. That in Genesis God said let there be light and in John it is this light was the light for men : amid the darkness the light shone, but the darkness did not master it. Today it seems like our main darkness is our us versus them mentality. How can anyone be really different if they are human just like ourselves? How can we hurt anyone with out hurting ourselves, and when will all the senseless violence and negative thinking end? It seems that a solution is at hand and if it is not at hand than our fate may be dark, but I believe that it is in our will as human beings to survive even if it means finding a way out of our short comings. To uplift, therefore rise above our circumstances, not just for peace, but at time when the survival of our entire species is at stake.

The dark will attack and cause you to attack. The dark is all about destruction and is quick to judge and causes us to be this way. It is quick to strike envy into our hearts or make us feel slighted and seek revenge. The dark always prefers lust to love. The dark makes a person cold in their heart. The dark stirs anxiety and depression and makes us fearful with out good reason. The dark causes us to stereotype others and be critical and gossip malicously. The dark causes rage and jeolousy. The dark makes us think about ourself and not care for others. Not only are these things true, but the dark has a mind of it's own, just like the light does. The light is about unity and joins everyone together in connection. The light is giving and helpful: this sounds mild but it can blast against the dark with unbelievable intensity. Have you tried to see how powerful the light is? A walk on the light side done intently can totally change the world and very quickly. With a serious walk on the side of light a new world can be created. It is possible. I suppose not enough people have tried this out to much or the world would be a harmonious nearly perfect place. If only 100 people in one week were to go all out in the path of the light the world would be tranformed. Only one hundred people is all we need.

I intend on studying Sardinia in future posts to make a point of how far off we are from socially normal human health. Faster than the mind can handle almost for some is likely. I am taking in just as much as my mind can handle. That is that I am being nice to myself with the intake that I get internally and externally. As I have found that even in the place that is supposed to be the best or other places that are supposed to be great are still flawed enough to some dissatisfaction. Now that I can sit and analyze this I would just say that our human condition as has been said is flawed and we are fallen or broken at least often enough for one of us or more to notice. That is what ever form of suffering can not allow for clarity of mind and sensitivity to exist for very long. So people are aberated often. We can not know what it is like to be in another person's shoes unless we really walk in them. I have no facts to back up this idea that people are often having problems that just are sometimes creating a whole bunch of Shakespeare's law move into action with horrifying effects. So when you visit a theatre never ever say: Macbeth! I warn you.

I think it is ok to allow yourself to make mistakes. Making them often helps teach us what is right. Trying to be perfect leads to perfectionism which most people agree is not healthy. Leading a narrow existence also leaves our experience of life emptier then if we were to experiment and broaden our horizons. Also when we are not trying to be perfect we don't have overly high expectations in others and we become more tolerant and accepting of others. We can't know everything and we should be somewhat curious about what we don't know, at least for the sake of our mental health. We also learn forgiveness in the process and also might find out just how wrong we were all along.

Focusing is a needed skill in anything in life, but in an age of mass distraction do we not lose focus very easily. Does reality then become blurry and unreal. I mean do people suffer from a sense of unreality even if they are not given a med that does that anyway. Are we becoming weak from these comforts andl losing our ability to feel pain, to bear things out, and grow through difficult struggle? Is the world of fantasy so tempting that we are very willing to comprise our reality in the process? Does this also prevent us from being informed about current events and modern topics of interest? Sometimes I wonder what are dreams are like when we sleep. How can the mind process a luxurious mental overload of information?

Thought Creates Experience...

Reality isn't solid like we think.

It is shifting and changing accordingly to our thoughts.

Thought creates experience.

We play an active role in creating our own reality.

Whatever we experience, at some point we have believed it into being.

If one has a thought that becomes a belief...

we often percieve reality from the premise of that belief or the original thought.

That thought draws situations to oneself to experience...

these experiences may in turn trigger the exact same original thought.

You can say it has come full circle.

What we believe in, we experience.

Everyone is experiencing their reality from the inside out...

one can believe something to be real and then find supporting evidence to prove it.

Like is attracting like.

Thought creates experience, and not the other way around.

It is impossible for experience to create thought in this way.

You are in control of your thoughts.

You are never in complete control of an external event

or even the thoughts of someone else...

but your thoughts are your own to create at will.

All that the Universe is is an experience...

All that our physical bodies are is an experience...

and an experince cannot have an experience.

What this means is that the body is a result of thought...

and we choose the experience we are having moment by moment.

Our physical bodies are extentions of our minds.

What we think is projected forward as energy in motion...

which is then experienced physically as our reality.

The physical experience is the end result as thought expressed.

When we are not conscious of our thoughts,

our bodies appear to be having a life of their own.

We create our own reality via our thoughts.

When you have a thought, be mindful of how you are 'feeling' in response to that thought.

Keep in mind that the more we give our energy to a particular thought,

the more we experience the corresponding emotion and the thought is manifested.

You are the Captain of your own ship of thoughts.

Take control of the steering wheel and direct your thoughts

to ones that inspire and encourage positive emotions.

Reprogram your mind and create your own reality. <3

Reality can easily feel bunk is my experience as perhaps I have had plenty of bad moments in my life. A sense that the world has threats to me, causes tremors inside of my mind. Especially that some of these threats I intuitively know are not a simple fist in the face which can make sense if someone is angry enough. The fear comes from the lacking of the ideal world in our world. That the world is far enough from the ideal that it has some dystopian flavors to it. If my city or county is kind of a dystopia to some degree it is easy for me to not feel really at ease with life. It drives me out of a Utopian sense of life and into a world that has a sense of horror lurking around. So I do what I can to not fall pray to dystopian America, but I sometimes feel that it is too powerful and deadly for me to comfortably take on. This is a reality and can easily become a dominate thought either consciously or sub-consciously. I would rather be conscious of this though or I might end up being unknowingly tortured by this hidden thing. The ultimate weapon against society is to create a model for the human environment that is dehumanizing in different ways. The sum total of each way is not measurable since it has many parts. This can create the situation of thinking which is unhealthy and even painful. It becomes critical and even deadly when it reaches an everything effect. When all the negative parts of society seem to gang up together into one thing. So worry is to some extent healthy in such a world since nobody wants to get caught in this situation.

Really sincerly not into getting into a relationship.

I know about the discovery made in the book "Stroke of Insight" where a brain scientist has a stroke on the talkative "Rational" left hemisphere and experiences just the right then after nine years builds her left brain back and tells us that the right side though different is better and perhaps smarter. Spring is in my mind when the seeds open and push through the soil and the buds open and the bees get busy. So spring can be intense and powerful which translates into an experience that may not have the kind of peace and love you might hope for. It may feel like winter in some ways. Just don't have overly high expectations. Maybe get in touch with the spirit of the world, the holy spirit, or what is hidden deep within you.
