It has been so emotional and my relationships are going through a lot of stuff right now, changing right before my eyes. I am seeing that love is usually what's behind everything about us, yet the words "I love you" can sound so fake and trite. I have been thinking more about all the good things people have done for me in the past to get a better appreciation of them even if they are not in my life right now and forgive people's misguided actions as their neurosis which was created likely through the suffering of that individual. When it comes right down to it we are love and it is through getting older that we lose sight of this truth.
