No need to suffer.

Nobody is free from problems even the best of us are sometimes thrown off badly.   It means you are not alone if life has its moments which can be agonizingly painful.   Pills can indeed help, but they are often overly prescibed and not wisely prescribed.  They can help, but there is no magic bullet.  Since we live with ourselves and are what we are it is of obviously great importance that we are always addressing our mental well being.   I reccomend sitting in silence in a comfortable womb like place in your home to get totally peaceful before tackling the day.   I also recommend tea, much more over coffee as a stimulant when needed.  Coffee depresses parts of the brain, while the acids are terrible for your digestive track.  Everything will be alright then enough of the time so that you can feel secure enough to get through the week easily.  Would be the goal.  And love would be it's automatic reward.
