Humans are basically selfish, but that is not our higher self to just be selfish. I see that we want to help and sometimes we just want to help ourselves while helping another. But in symbosis we are more in tune with each especially when it is mutual symbiosis. I see signs of this where ever I go. A classic example is during a performance. The performers get energy from the audience and the same thing happens the other way around. If things work out for the best than this happens often. A society can stregthen itself with lots of this. Perhaps that is the key. What goes around comes around.
