How to deal with disturbing mental challenges.

Don't judge or make wide sweeping generalization even though you might want to or blaming them for what you are also partly responsible for.  Simple fact is that things are complex.  Don't insist on being right and especially while pointing at someone and talking over them. 

See difficulty as a surmountable challenge or a learning experience.

Stay calm and know opinions are not made of gold, but dust usually.

Open your mind to higher thoughts, remain peaceful in almost all ways and
mind yourself more than anything, especially in regards to stress and social well being.
